What is Parging
Parging is the protective cement coating over a home's foundation found along the outside bottom of the home. We will also seal any windows or other water penetration areas in your foundation.
Why is Parging Important
Parging serves a two fold purpose:​

It is a finishing product that serves as an aesthetic finisher to complete the home, similar to stucco

More importantly it serves as a protective barrier for the foundation preventing erosion and weathering from the elements helping prevent cracking and water ingress.
Why Should Parging be Maintained?
If foundation is left exposed to the elements over time it will erode similar to sidewalks and driveways leading to cracking and risk of water damage inside the home.
